Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for postpartum mothers and newborns, including monitoring vitals and maternal status.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, pain control, and postpartum interventions as ordered; monitor for complications.
- Perform newborn assessments, support routine newborn care, and assist with breastfeeding and lactation support.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; document in the electronic health record and contribute to care planning and discharge planning.
- Ensure patient safety and infection control, respond to clinical changes or emergencies, and deliver family-centered education.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Mother Baby RN experience
- Certifications: CPR/BLS and NRP required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and commit to 36 hours per week
- Ability to work in a hospital setting
- Travel assignment eligibility for 8 weeks with a start date of 10/19/2026
- Note: No local candidates within a 50-mile radius of the assignment location
