Qualifications/Duties:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* 10 years of experience
* PE
* PTOE
* Proficient in MicroStation, OpenRoads and Microsoft Office
* Proficient in VISSIM, Synchro, HCS, or similar
* Knowledge of state DOT Procedures and Policies
* Roadway and highway design
* Traffic analysis
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
