Job Summary:
The Procurement and Grant Reporting Manager is responsible for reviewing purchase requests, creating requests for proposals, submitting invitations to bid, evaluating bids, conducting market surveys, and resolving problems with vendors. The position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and submitting required reports to grantors.
Experience and Training:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, finance, construction management, business administration or related field with two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience in accounting, finance, procurement, grant administration or project administration. A combination of experience and education to successfully perform the duties of the job may be considered.
Familiarity with civil projects is desirable.
Job Requirements: Valid Colorado Driver's License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. Ability to pass background check and credit check with results that are acceptable to the City of Rifle.
This position is full-time and exempt with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance. Salary range is $58,462-$67,355 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is open until 12/21/23.
