Job Description
Randstad is partnering with a company in the North Shore of Massachusetts. We are seeking an organized, resourceful, and personable Part-Time (30 hours/week) Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day office operations, manage executive scheduling, handle vendor coordination, and maintain an organized, welcoming workplace. This is a temporary 6 month assignment with an opportunity to convert to a permanent employee. Background check is required.
salary: $24 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily workplace administration, managing visitor reception, access control, mail distribution, and overall space upkeep in coordination with management and external vendors.
- Manage Microsoft Outlook calendars across internal and external stakeholders, reserving meeting rooms and coordinating high-priority interviews alongside executive-level administrative support.
- Oversee end-to-end shipping operations via major logistics carriers, while monitoring, procuring, and restocking essential office, kitchen, and facilities supplies.
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers, including managing accounts, placing orders, and handling punctual delivery for daily group catering and office meals.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted business workflows.
- Must have a familiarty with Slack software.
