Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator - Clayton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Clayton. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, focusing on accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, and Order/Cherry Picker
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions

Desirable requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer or warehouse management system experience

Role for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
• Pick, prepare, and verify product quantities and types for shipment
• Sort, store, and stage products in racks, shelves, or bins
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials using warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures
