Job Description

We are hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our growing team and support live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives .

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, first-time job seekers, and individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, marketing, or customer service .

No previous event or marketing experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

• Assist with live events, promotional events, and community outreach activities
• Interact with customers, event attendees, and members of the community
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Help with event setup, registration, activities, and breakdown
• Represent brands and organizations at community and promotional events
• Share accurate information about products, services, and campaigns
• Support event marketing, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with event activities
• Work closely with team members to create a positive customer experience
• Attend training sessions and develop skills in event marketing, communication, customer service, and leadership
