The all New Infiniti of Smithtown and Smithtown Nissan, both UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP, are looking for a Service Receptionist Description of the role: The Service Cashier / Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Service Department. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Cashiering duties
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Competitive compensation of $17 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department
• Work cooperatively with the service and parts team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments

• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
