We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations for multiple business entities. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks Online experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting across multiple business entities.
